How do I submit my creations for the Frome Community Exhibition
We are still accepting submissions for the Frome Community Exhibition!
Please come and drop your work off at the Welsh Hill Hub, Park Hill Drive, BA11 2LE, at one of the following times:
Saturday 17th October, 10am-12pm
Sunday 18th October, 10am-12pm
Monday 19th October 3pm-5pm
If you can’t make any of these times, please email us to arrange an alternative.
When dropping off your work you will be asked to fill out a submission form with your contact details and information about your piece. If you would like to complete this before dropping off your art for a quicker turnaround, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to send you a form in advance.
We are able to accept up to four pieces of art per person, so if you would like to submit a small collection please feel free to do so. We ask that if you have a particular way you'd like to display your work e.g framed or mounted, that you do this before dropping it off with us at the Welsh Mill Hub. Otherwise, we will do our best to display your work with the materials/tools we have available.
We really appreciate the time and effort you have spent on your artwork, and every care will be taken with your pieces. We will be keeping artwork in a locked space at all times, and the exhibition itself will be under constant supervision. However, we hope you understand that we can't be held responsible for any damage done to your work.
What if I can't make it to the Frome Community Exhibition?
We understand that not everybody will be able to make it to the Frome Community Exhibition so we are offering a Virtual Tour of the exhibition on Sunday 25th October at 11am!
This is a great opportunity for those who are shielding, working, hungover or otherwise engaged to admire the exhibits for the comfort of their own homes.
Unfortunately, The Welsh Mill Hub is not a wheelchair-accessible venue either, so the Virtual Tour is a good alternative for those who would need step-free access.
Book your free tickets for the Virtual Tour by following the Eventbrite ticket link (https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/frome-community-exhibition-tickets-124145517585) and clicking on the bottom ticket link entitled OCT 25 Sun, 11:00 - 12:30 GMT.
