“My personal experience of Lockdown and the pursuit of silver linings!” – Sara Vian
“I have been working on a series of musical-themed paintings and painted this picture in response to Sara Vian’s song.” – Julie-Anne Cook
The guitar, vocal and bass (Will Angeloro) parts were recorded in separate houses and then emailed to the producer, Stephen Bentley.
“The song illustrates how there were/are so many good things that have come out of the pandemic lockdown in an era crying for a more peaceful, cleaner and rewilded world.” – Sara Vian
“The image is painted on a stretched linen canvas with acrylics and mixed media. It also includes a real (dead) butterfly and the strings on the guitar are stitched in with really strong string. It took about 1 month to paint.” – Julie-Anne Cook
